Policy Options / Model Programs   specific policies or program models, grouped by type, that are profiled 


  • A compresensive juvenile court to enforce a poilcy that catches all minor first time offenders of non violent crimes.  This will  allow the court to find them before they reoffend.  They would be ordered to go through a three months to a year long comprensive treatment.  The adult program has been found to be very effective.  Through all of our research we have found that a similar program focused on juvenilies will likey provide the same positive outcome.
