Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) is a nonprofit service agency that has been supporting individuals and communities in need since 1966. OCO provides education to the youth, support the youth, assist homeless individuals, provide meals for the elderly, healthcare for families in need, support individuals with a mental illness, finding housing for the disabled, as well as care for abused individuals. The OCO's mission is to build partnerships that improve the quality of life and to create successful communities.
