  • Advantage After School Program funding provided funding for up to three years for programs run by 4 agencies in Oneida County:

    1. Catholic Charities of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse, NY  2006-07 $112,500; 2007-08 $112,500; 2008-09 $104,435. 
  • 2. Spartio "Kief" Malara Boys & Girls Club of Utica, Inc.                     2006-07 $300,000; 2007-08 $300,000; 2008-09 $278,494.
  • 3. Utica Safe Schools/Healthy Students, Inc.                                      2006-07 $150,000; 2007-08 $150,000; 2008-09 $139,247.
  • 4. YMCA & Women's Comm Ctr of Rome, NY                                   2006-07 $120,000; 2007-08 $120,000; 2008-09 $111,398.
  • Funding may be more limited this year than the allocation, which does not end until November for most of the programs, would indicate.  We will need to contact the local programs directly for this information.
